Facilities

Baseball Country is a 2500 square foot facility with a large screened sleeping porch that accommodates 18 campers in bunk beds. There are six outdoor enclosed showers(hot water), and indoor bathroom facilities to accommodate a maximum of 18 campers. Supervision and safety are our top priority. A low camper to staff ratio ensures great instruction as well as safety. All staff are highly qualified and certified teachers who are also high school coaches.We are also privileged to have on occasion college players,college coaches and professional players.

The facilities are located on a 53 acre farm with two bermuda grass,crimson stone infield mix baseball fields.With corn swaying beyond the outfield border campers get to experience playing on Baseball Country"s FIELDS of DREAMS.

Driving Directions

From Meridian or Birmingham:

- Take the Fosters Exit off I-59 (from Meridian take a Left, from Birmingham take a Right)

- At the stop sign, continue straight crossing Highway 11 (You'll pass Myrtlewood Elementary) for 6mi.

- At the stop sign take a Left onto Romulus Rd (County Road 2).

- Continue on for 6 mi. and take a Left at County Road 62/Shiloh Road (You'll see a sign for Baseball Country on your left)

- You'll see an immediate driveway on the Rightwith a sign and follow the gravel road,

- Take a Right onto Hwy 82

- Take a Left onto County Road 2

- Continue on for 15mi.

- Take a Left at County Road 62/Shiloh Road (You'll see a sign for Baseball Country on your left)

- You'll see an immediate driveway on the Right with a sign and follow the gravel road

- Coming from Columbus on Hwy 82, take a Right onto Alabama County Road 2

- Continue on for 15mi.
