About Team Camps
Baseball Country continues to host Team Camps of all ages throughout the year. From youth teams to high school we offer camps for whatever length of time coaches prefer. Teams come for a time of practice, team building, fellowship. It is a unique place to bring your team to experience Baseball as a "TEAM" in a nice, quiet environment. Some teams come to Baseball Country during their Spring Break and schedule games with schools in the Tuscaloosa area.
We have three "Field of Dreams" fields for teams to practice and/or play on. One of which is a lighted wiffle ball field called "Henway." It is complete with it's own wall of course called The Green Monster. This entire 50 acres is truly a Baseball Paradise that will enable all your coaches and players a chance to get away from the routine and mundane grind of everyday living. You will gain from this experience in many ways, which is evident from the responses we have gotten from coaches and players that have taken advantage of this opportunity (see below).
Please contact us if you have questions or want to know more about Baseball Country, which is truly, a "Diamond in the Rough."

Parkview Baseball
The Parkview Baseball team will be making its sixth trip to baseball country. The Parkview Baseball program has won seven out of the last eight 3A Louisiana High School Athletic Association baseball State Championships. Five of these can be directly attributed to their trip to Baseball Country. Head Coach M.L. Woodruff says that his players leave as individuals going in different directions and after the Baseball Country experience they come back as a team. Coach Kenny Burns, Andy Phillips & Lee Evans are excellent practitioners and wonderful role models. Our kids love the country setting, the team building experiences, and especially the cowboy casserole for breakfast. Our team is very proud of our record for catching fish in one hour. If you are looking for a meaningful experience that will take your players and turn them into a team then Baseball Country is for you.

Baseball Country is a place where every baseball player, from youth to high school, should have the privilege to visit. We have taken our high school team to Baseball Country for a team camp each year since 2006. We would arrive as a "team"and leave 2 days later as a "TEAM" (Together Everyone Achieves More). The team unity our players developed over the weekend at Baseball Country is priceless. Not only would we leave there a more talented group of baseball players, we would leave there a closer-knit team. Our trip to Baseball Country each year was considered the highlight of our players' season!
